It has been three years since Steve Higley began his journey in the
real estate business, and with over 38 years in the Treasure Valley, he
brings deep local knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a values-based
approach to every client relationship.
Raised on his family’s Idaho farm and ranch, Steve learned early the
importance of integrity, accountability, and follow-
through—principles that continue to guide how he serves buyers,
sellers, and landowners throughout Boise and the surrounding areas.
Before entering real estate, Steve built a successful 25-year career in
the truck equipment industry, honing skills in managing teams,
overseeing projects, and working closely with customers. Now, as a
trusted real estate professional, he applies that same dedication and
precision to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with
confidence and clarity.

Steve lives in Boise with his wife Susan and their Goldendoodle, Baler.
When not working with clients, he enjoys weekends at his mountain
cabin, spending time with family and friends, and soaking in the Idaho
