Phil Mount is an agent at Powered-By, in Boise, Idaho. Phil became a licensed REALTOR® in

August 2009 after a 25-year career as a technology marketing professional.

Phil serves as the Idaho REALTORS® West District Vice President, as a 2023-24 National

Association of REALTORS® Director, and is the Idaho RPAC Major Investor Council representative

for the National Association of REALTORS®. Phil is also a State Political Coordinator for the Idaho

REALTORS® and serves on the Legislative Affairs and Bylaws committees for IR, and Public Policy

and RPAC Committees for Boise Regional REALTORS®.

Phil is the 2020 Idaho REALTOR® of the Year, awarded by the Idaho REALTORS® Association.

Phil served as 2019 President of the Boise Regional REALTORS®, an organization serving over

5,000 real estate professionals. Phil also served as 2023 Treasurer of the REALTORS® Community

Foundation and served on the Board of Intermountain MLS in 2018 and 2019.

The National Association of REALTORS® has recognized Phil in the RPAC Hall of fame in 2020,

and Phil has been a Golden R Presidents Circle member since 2018. 

Phil is a 2015 graduate of

the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy and served as Leadership Academy Facilitator in

2017.

Phil holds an MBA in International Marketing and a BBA in Production and Operations Management,

both from Boise State University, and previously attended the University of Oregon. He lives in

Boise, Idaho, where he and his Golden Retriever Gus enjoy the incredible lifestyle Idaho has to offer.
