Maritza Black is a dedicated real estate agent known for her strategic mindset, strong communication, and client-first approach. With a background in law and business ownership, she brings a unique perspective to every transaction—combining analytical insight with real-world experience.
After completing law school, Maritza founded Iron Legacy Barbell, an open gym she successfully grew from the ground up. Through that process, she gained firsthand experience in commercial leasing, negotiations, and business operations—giving her clients a valuable edge when navigating both residential and commercial real estate decisions.
Maritza understands that buying or selling property is one of the most significant financial decisions her clients will make. She is committed to making the process clear, efficient, and stress-free, while always advocating for her clients’ best interests.
When she’s not working with clients, Maritza enjoys taking advantage of Idaho’s outdoors—spending her free time hiking and exploring everything the area has to offer.
