I had a rental home that I wanted to sell but it was in great need of repairs. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin when a friend introduced me to Melissa.
I gave her my budget for repairs which she mindfully stayed under and she took care of EVERYTHING!
She arranged for painting, flooring, minor and major repairs to quickly begin.
Within several weeks the work was finished, the results were stunning
