It was no surprise to those who knew her that Jessica Gupton would eventually transition into real estate. With a background in lending and recruiting, a passion for helping people, and firsthand experience purchasing her first home as a single mom—followed by successfully flipping three homes—Jessica knew that guiding others through their real estate journey was her next step.

Her journey began with a relocation from California’s Bay Area to Idaho’s Treasure Valley, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and excitement that come with moving, especially with children of all ages.
